Accumlative stories is a matter which is rarely studied, even though this subtype is not yet accepted by many countries.
Taking a survey on the animal tales in Viet Nam, we recognize 5 types similar to the Propp’s Index of Classification and 6 types in the Vietnamese folklore. Basing on their structure, we believe that: there are many kinds of Accumlative stories. This article show that this research of accumlative stories in Vietnamese folks is promising. It, however, is just by questioning.
