The Faculty is structured according to clearly defined functional areas:

General administration: It is led by the Faculty’s Executive Board.

Academic affairs: They are supervised by the Faculty’s Reseacrh Council and five department chairs (Vietnamese Literature, Literary Theory and Criticism, Foreign and Comparative Literature, Sino-Nom, and Art Studies).

Student support and service affairs: They are overseen by the Academic Advisory Board, undergraduate and graduate academic officers, the research and international cooperation assistants, and the Alumni Liaison Committee.

Quality assurance affairs: A Faculty-level Quality Assurance Unit has been established as per university directive to oversee programme assessment and quality assurance activities.

Staff welfare and union activities: They are managed by the Faculty’s Trade Union, which is responsible for promoting the well-being and work-life balance of academic, administrative and supporting staff.
